Tatua offers market-related terms and conditions of employment above the legislated minimum, which may include a choice of superannuation schemes and access to group discounted health, life and disability insurances.

Many of our benefits are flexible; you can choose whether you would rather have base remuneration or employer-paid benefits based upon your stage of life, commitments and values.

We have a Collective Employment Agreement (CEA) in place which applies to many of our factory-based roles.
